Ducky’s Mobile Detailing, LLC Service Agreement
This agreement explains our obligations to you (hereafter referred to as, “Client”, “Customer”, or “you”) and Ducky’s Mobile Detailing LLC (hereafter referred to as “Ducky’s”, “contractor”, “technician”, “us”, “our”, or “we”) and your obligations to us in relation to the service(s) you purchase. By booking or using the services of Ducky’s you hereby agree to the following terms without modification by you:
Cancellation Policy
If you are not present once we arrive OR the vehicle cannot be detailed once we arrive, you will still be charged the full amount of your scheduled appointment service.
First Cancelation: customer can reschedule another appointment giving 48 hours notice of original appointment. You will be charged a cancelation fee totalling $25 if you miss this window.
Second Cancelation: You will be charged $50 cancelation fee regardless of the 48 hour minimum requirement for notice. Due to the amount of time it takes to perform top quality services and the size of our operation, cancellations and reschedules have a lasting effect. For this reason, if you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 48 hours in advance of your appointment so we can fill that time slot and to avoid our cancellation fee. If your vehicle cannot be detailed once we arrive, you will still be charged the full amount of your scheduled appointment service (this includes not being present once we arrive). The following terms and conditions apply to all appointments:
* We require 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule any appointment or service to avoid fee.
* Ducky’s reserves the right to cancel or reschedule in accordance with its staff levels, weather conditions or equipment failure at our own discretion.
* Failure to provide vehicle and keys at the time and location of the ordered service will result in being charged the full amount of your scheduled appointment service (this includes you not being present once we arrive).
Safety Notice
If there is the threat of any harmful substances (needles, drugs, gasoline, chemicals, etc.) in the vehicle, you must let your detail technician know prior to your detail. If your vehicle cannot be detailed once we arrive, you will still be charged the full amount of your scheduled appointment service (this includes not being present once we arrive). Customers will be held responsible for any threat, health and/or safety issues arising from your vehicle.
Operating & Moving Your Vehicle
Customer will give Ducky’s access to the vehicle during the detail job and any additional mutually agreed upon times. Please make sure the keys to the vehicle are available to us. This document insures that you authorize us to operate and to move your vehicle, as necessary to do so determined by our Ducky’s technician.
Quality of Service
We want you to be satisfied with our service. No services offered are guaranteed to completely restore your vehicle to any previous or new condition. We will try our absolute best to do our job to the best condition possible and within the constraints of our resources, time, and expertise.
Accidents, Pre-Existing Condition & Damage
Ducky’s and it’s contractors cannot be held responsible for any damage to the vehicle while in our care. We are as careful as possible and have never once had an accident to date. We are professionals and are skilled at what we do. If something does get damaged while detailing your vehicle, we will advise you of the incident. By agreeing to our services you also agree not to hold Ducky’s Mobile Auto Detailing, LLC liable for any pre-existing damages to your vehicle. Ducky’s limits its liability to the total dollar amount of each job.
Fees, Terms of Service & Payment Terms
The fee for our service is the agreed dollar amount. The term of service is for the amount of time reserved by us to complete the “job” you requested and not for any specific outcome. It is possible that the job could take more time than the time reserved. Ducky’s has the right to charge an extra time fee totalling $50 per hour if the detail job takes significantly longer than expected at the discretion of Ducky’s. This fee is normally reserved for vehicles which take more time than the allocated time limit. We will inform you of the possible fee before or during our work process.
Providing Feedback & Photos
We ask for your feedback. Please send us an email at hello@duckysclean.com and let us know if there are any concerns – good or bad. We also reserve the right at the discretion of Ducky’s to use pictures of your vehicle for marketing purposes and to publish on its website and on any of our Social Media. Your personal information will not be shown in the photos.
Termination of Service
Ducky’s may cancel any new or existing maintenance plans or services with clients if we experience that the customer is not the right fit for our services at the discretion of Ducky’s Mobile Detailing, LLC. Instances of service termination include: being rude or harsh to Ducky’s employee; or any other reason we determine to be worthy of service termination at our discretion.
Ducky’s Changes
Ducky’s reserves the right to modify this statement at any time. Any changes to this Service Contract will be listed in this section. Ducky’s does not make any commitment to update the materials.
I Understand That All Sales Are Final

We are professionals and are skilled at what we do. If something does get damaged while detailing your vehicle, we will advise you of the incident. By agreeing to our services you also agree not to hold Ducky’s Mobile Auto Detailing, LLC liable for any pre-existing damages to your vehicle. Ducky’s limits its liability to the total dollar amount of each job.
Fees, Terms of Service & Payment Terms
The fee for our service is the agreed dollar amount. The term of service is for the amount of time reserved by us to complete the “job” you requested and not for any specific outcome. It is possible that the job could take more time than the time reserved. Ducky’s has the right to charge an extra time fee totalling $50 per hour if the detail job takes significantly longer than expected at the discretion of Ducky’s. This fee is normally reserved for vehicles which take more time than the allocated time limit. We will inform you of the possible fee before or during our work process.
Providing Feedback & Photos
We ask for your feedback. Please send us an email at hello@duckysclean.com and let us know if there are any concerns – good or bad. We also reserve the right at the discretion of Ducky’s to use pictures of your vehicle for marketing purposes and to publish on its website and on any of our Social Media. Your personal information will not be shown in the photos.
Termination of Service
Ducky’s may cancel any new or existing maintenance plans or services with clients if we experience that the customer is not the right fit for our services at the discretion of Ducky’s Mobile Detailing, LLC. Instances of service termination include: being rude or harsh to Ducky’s employee; or any other reason we determine to be worthy of service termination at our discretion.
Ducky’s Changes
Ducky’s reserves the right to modify this statement at any time. Any changes to this Service Contract will be listed in this section. Ducky’s does not make any commitment to update the materials.

Terms and Conditions

That’s what we specialise in. Our vans have power, water and everything we need.
Yes we are! We are fully licensed and insured in the great state of Texas.
Our vans come equipped with canopies, but we do need space around the vehicle to set up. If the rain is heavy and/or winds are above 20 mph then we may need to reschedule your appointment.
We are locally owned and operated in The Woodlands and serve the surrounding communities, including Conroe, Spring and Tomball.
We require 48 hours advance notice to cancel your reservation without incurring a $25 fee.
We accept all major debit and credit cards. We also accept Venmo, Zelle, PayPal, Apple Pay and old fashioned folding hand money.
7am to 5pm Monday through Sunday.
We guarantee 100% satisfaction with our service. If you are not happy with the service for any reason please call us immediately for further instructions. A Re-scheduled clean must be made within 24 hours of the original appointment.
We are not responsible for removing and/or installing car seats. If you have car seats please remove them prior to our visit.
